Healing Immersive Breathwork

​Join us for a fully immersive outdoor breathwork journey — a chance to pause, go inward, and reconnect with yourself in a powerful way.

This is a guided breathwork session designed to help you let go of what no longer serves, reconnect with your body, and open space for clarity and renewal.

​Through the use of headphones, music, and eye masks, we’ll create a fully immersive journey inward — free from distraction, deeply supported, and safely held.

​We’ll also gently touch into inner child themes — meeting the younger parts of ourselves with presence, compassion, and breath. You don’t need to prepare anything or know what you’ll find. Just come with openness and the willingness to feel.

​The session includes:
🌿 Third eye breathing and meditation to ground and open
🌬 A powerful, emotionally-led breathwork journey
🌀 Integration and reflection with journaling time

​Please bring:
— A mat or something to lie on
— Water
— A journal for anything that arises

​No prior experience is needed. This is a safe space to explore and release, held in a small and supportive group.

​Spots are limited to 15, to keep the space intimate and grounded.
