Fostering Safety: Create the Conditions for Creativity

Con-spirare, to breathe together. Once a month, we gather to explore a key concept from the KOAN method, walk one of the Bold Tools through the real challenges people bring, and solve big problems, together.

This month, we look at fostering safety and creating containers of CARE. When creativity is low and tensions are high, it is an indicator that a group or team is on edge. Bring the room that's on edge. We'll practice using the Fostering Safety tools together.

One hour on Zoom. Always free to attend, contribute what you can to keep the conversation alive. The worksheet is yours to keep, free, in the Culture Lab: jenniferlynsimpson.com/culture-lab
