Babywearing Dance
Join us for a joyful morning of movement, music and connection with your little one.
This Babywearing Dance session is designed for moms who want to move their bodies, reconnect with themselves and have fun without needing to be apart from their babies. Led by Maria from Carry & Groove, we’ll dance together to Afrobeats in a relaxed, welcoming environment where there’s no pressure to perform or follow everything perfectly.
You don’t need any dance experience. The focus is on enjoying the music, moving in a way that feels good, connecting with other moms and sharing a playful moment with your baby.
After the dance, we’ll slow things down and have some time to recharge together with snacks and drinks.

About Maria & Carry & Groove
Maria is a professional dancer and mother. Dance has always been her way of expressing herself, understanding life, connecting with others, and finding alignment between body, mind and soul.
After becoming a mother, she missed having a space where she could reconnect with her body, have fun, and share the journey of motherhood with other women.
That’s how Carry & Groove was created: from the desire to bring dance into motherhood — a space where we can dance, move and reconnect while being together with our babies, without needing to leave them at home.
Ticket price: €22
€20 event ticket + €2 service fee.
The ticket includes the dance session, plus snacks and drinks afterwards.
Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event, as preparations are made in advance. Tickets can be transferred to another person.
