Each pairing is curated to highlight balance, texture, and how wine and food shine together.
For those looking to level up, optional luxury tastings will be available on-site, including ultra-limited selections like Rogue River Blue cheese ($80+/lb) and Wagyu bresaola ($70+/lb), offered as an add-on experience.
