Barn to the Boardroom is an intimate BankHers mini leadership retreat for women in banking and financial services who are building big careers, making meaningful moves, and carrying full lives alongside it all.
For one Saturday morning, trade the calendar invites, conference rooms, and constant demands for coffee, connection, fresh air, and an experience designed to help you lead from a more grounded place.
Through an interactive equine leadership experience at Bright Side Youth Ranch, you will explore the leadership signals that shape how people experience you: your presence, communication, clarity, energy, trust, and confidence. Horses respond honestly to what is happening in the moment, creating a powerful opportunity to see your leadership differently.

9:30 to 10:00 AM: Coffee and Connection
Meet fellow BankHers, settle in, and start the morning with intentional conversation before the experience begins.
10:00 to 11:15 AM: The Presence Practice
An interactive leadership experience with horses that reveals how your energy, communication, confidence, and clarity land with others. This is practical executive presence work in a setting you will not forget.
11:15 to 11:45 AM: The BankHers Leadership Circle
A candid, facilitated conversation to reflect on what came up, connect it to the real dynamics of leadership in financial services, and leave with one clear insight to carry forward.
11:45 AM to 12:15 PM: The Private Presence Experience
An exclusive, optional one on one horse connection for a limited number of attendees. Take a few quiet minutes to step away from the group, connect in the moment, and experience leadership presence in a way that feels personal, grounding, and entirely your own.
