Sebastián Borromeo builds an enveloping soundscape while Ana Gar Serrano guides a conscious breathwork practice. The experience moves through activation, deep listening and silent integration, allowing tension to soften and the body to return to a state of greater clarity and calm.

THE EXPERIENCE
For one evening, Monopol transforms into a house beneath the water.
Sound is distributed across the room, surrounding the body from every direction. Aquatic visuals, live music and guided breathwork create the sensation of entering a space suspended between movement and stillness.
The journey begins with conscious breathing to gently awaken the body and prepare the nervous system. From there, the experience descends into an immersive sound and visual landscape inspired by the feeling of being submerged.
The breath opens the door.

THE FACILITATORS
Sebastián Borromeo
Composer and sound researcher specialising in immersive experiences where music transforms the architecture of a space.
His work explores sound as an environment capable of supporting introspection, emotional regulation and altered states of perception. La Casa Sumergida was originally presented as a site-specific experience to more than 200 guests.
Ana Garcia Serrano
Breathwork facilitator specialising in nervous system regulation.
Her practice combines conscious breathing, body awareness and sensory guidance to balance activation and calm, release accumulated tension and support greater mental clarity.
