North Side Networking
North Side Networking is designed to bring together founders, CXOs, functional leaders and business decision-makers from across the WeWork community to exchange experiences, solve challenges and discover opportunities to learn from one another.
This is a space to ask questions, share what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and build relationships that extend beyond the event.
25–30 leaders. 5 tables. 5 conversations. One community.
How it works
Five intimate roundtables, each bringing together 5–6 curated leaders around a specific business challenge.
Every table is facilitated by an experienced CXO, functional leader, founder or industry expert, creating an open and practical conversation where participants can learn from the person across the table, and from the peers sitting alongside them.
The goal isn't to find the expert in the room.
It's to discover the people within your community who could become your next connection, collaborator, customer, mentor or sounding board.
The Roundtables
01 | How to Raise Funds (Capital)
Conversations around fundraising, investor readiness, building the right story, navigating the fundraising journey and learning from those who have been on both sides of the table.
02 | How to Build a Brand (Brand)
How do you build something people remember, trust and choose? Explore positioning, differentiation, storytelling and building a brand that moves beyond just marketing.
03 | How to Build the Tech (Product)
From an idea to something people can actually use — conversations around building the right product, making technology decisions and navigating the challenges of building from 0 to 1.
04 | How to Build the Team (People)
How do you find the right people, build culture and create a team that can grow with the business? Learn from leaders who've built and scaled teams.
05 | How to Get Your First 100 Customers (GTM)
Finding your first customers is rarely straightforward. Exchange ideas on sales, distribution, partnerships, growth and the lessons that come from getting your first customers through the door.
