​On Tuesday, June 23, we’re hosting an evening briefing on our latest purpose-built rental project at 129 Jersey Avenue.

​This project will deliver 15 to 16 new rental homes on a compact urban site just south of Christie Pits, within a short 3-min walk to Bloor St. and the Christie subway station.

​During the evening, we’ll walk through the site, design, approvals, budget, and schedule, explain how we’re structuring the equity and debt, and outline the target returns and key risks we’re managing. You’ll meet the development, design, and construction leads, see early visuals, and learn how you can participate.
