Discover Slavic banya: a traditional steam ritual with oak and birch whisks, brought to the heart of Berlin. We invite you to slow down, recover from the workweek, and deeply relax your body and mind.
You’ll be guided through a carefully designed banya ceremony led by steam masters Tanya and Taya. The evening follows a continuous journey, where each round builds on the previous one for gradually warming and softening the body. You’ll experience traditional steaming with tree whisks, relaxing whisk massage, and the rich natural aromas of leaves and herbs that fill the steam room and deepen the sensory experience.
Banya is also a practice of presence. We invite you to reconnect with yourself through voice, the sound of singing bowls, and simple guided meditation practices. You leave the steam room feeling renewed, with a lightness in your body and a clear, quiet mind.

🌿 Chill & Cozy
This is not a party or a rave. Expect a warm, unhurried atmosphere. Come as you are, wrap yourself in your favorite kimono, and relax through steam rounds, ambient music, and gentle connection.
🌿 Conscious & Sober
We approach banya not only as a physical experience, but also as a practice of presence. We keep the evening alcohol- and substance-free, and ask our guests to come sober and stay sober through the evening.
🌿 Nude, Not Sexual
Our sauna is textile-free, so nudity is a natural part of the experience, but this is not a sex-positive or sexually oriented space. Please respect other guests’ bodies, boundaries and personal space.

Flow of the evening
19:00 - Doors open. Arrive, breathe, and change
19:20 - Opening circle
19:30 to 22:30 - Guided sauna rounds
22:30 to 23:00 - Wrapping up and going home
The evening is facilitated by Tanya and Taya, Berlin-based steam masters specializing in traditional Slavic banya.
What to bring: a towel, a sauna hat, a bathrobe or kimono, and flip-flops. Towels can also be rented at the venue for €3.
Important information:
Please arrive by 19:15 so you have enough time to change before we begin.
The sauna itself is textile-free. If you prefer more coverage, you're welcome to wrap yourself in an extra towel.
This event is open to all genders. Respect is a must. Please help us create a safe, mindful, and welcoming space for everyone.
Health & safety information:
This is a non-medical wellness event. Participation is voluntary, and you are welcome to pause or leave the sauna at any time. Please do not participate if you have a fever, an acute illness, circulatory instability, a recent surgery, or any other condition incompatible with sauna use. If you have any doubts about whether the sauna is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before attending.
We use natural herbs, tree whisks, and other botanical products during the ceremony. Please make sure that you do not have any relevant allergies and inform the hosts in advance if you have known sensitivities.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience comfortable and cozy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
