Ko su generalisti? Profesionalci koji svoje veštine koriste u različitim oblastima, povezuju naizgled nepovezane ideje, i često su tu kao “prevodioci” između različitih timova i disciplina. Ako ste ikad smatrali da vaša karijera ne može da se spakuje u jednu jasnu kategoriju, ovaj događaj je za vas!

Organizatori su sami po sebi generalisti koji će sigurno povesti svoje raznovrsno iskustvo sa sobom, i jedva čekaju da vas upoznaju! Mila zauvek skakuće između nauke, tehnologije i rada sa mladima, i njena radoznalost preuzima volan ka novim side questovima. Aleksa je kao preduzetnik prosto morao da nauči od svega po malo, i usput shvatio koliko uživa u tome.
Uzbuđeni smo da okupimo raznoliku i inspirativnu ekipu generalista, i nadamo se da je ovo samo početak priče!

Join Mila Simić and Aleksa Peruničić in Belgrade for International Generalist Day - a global celebration happening simultaneously across cities worldwide on September 3rd, 2025.
This year we have events across 30+ countries and 80+ locations!
Mila and Aleksa are hosting a relaxed evening with drinks in the heart of Belgrade. Expect light socializing activities designed to help you connect through shared traits and interests, all crafted to foster meaningful connections and deepen understanding of the generalist mindset.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.
What to expect:
Connect with fellow generalists in your city
Celebrate the power of diverse skillsets and squiggly careers
Be part of a global movement happening the same day worldwide
Drinks available for purchase at the bar throughout the evening
Light socializing activities to boost connections

Your co-hosts bring great experience with these events and a strong network. Mila is forever hopping between science, tech, and youth work, with curiosity always taking her on new side quests. Aleksa had to learn a bit of everything on his entrepreneurial journey, and on the way, he realized how much he actually enjoys it! Their favorite part about being a generalist? "The ability to connect and find common ground with almost everyone I meet - whether it's through a shared interest, experience or perspective."
