About Event

A supportive space for therapists to talk honestly about money, including financial anxiety, shame, instability, and the pressures of balancing client care with the realities of running a practice.

This gathering is for any therapist who finds themselves:

• Struggling with financial instability or unpredictable income

• Feeling pressure to take more clients than they can sustainably hold

• Trying to balance client care with the realities of running a small business

• Battling money shame or beliefs about their worth being tied to their earnings

• Wrestling with insurance panel frustrations, reimbursement delays, or clawbacks

• Coping with seasonal financial ebbs and flows that heighten anxiety

• Feeling alone with the stress of budgeting, planning, or inconsistent cash flow

During this community event, we hope to create a space where our relationships with money can be discussed openly and without judgment, where the realities of this work are acknowledged, and where therapists can feel less alone with the financial stressors they’re often expected to quietly absorb.

This free community gathering will be facilitated by Ann Dypiangco, LCSW, Clinical Community Lead at Mental Health Match.

Ann Dypiangco, LCSW, is a therapist who believes that tending to the inner lives of clinicians is essential to sustaining the work—especially around topics that carry weight, like money, worth, and the realities of building a practice. With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, supervisor, and consultant, she now serves as the Clinical Community Lead at Mental Health Match, creating spaces for therapist connection, reflection, and community care. Ann also co-writes Therapist Brief, a weekly newsletter blending grounded research, tech trends, and thoughtful conversation for clinicians navigating the complexities of modern practice.
