Something’s bubbling at Park HaTachana. Join Barter Tel aviv on Friday, November 20, for Barter Fermentation, a lunchtime get-together with a taste for all things fermented and a Friday party spirit.
Whether fermentation is already part of your kitchen routine or you’re still wondering how cabbage becomes kimchi, come bring your curiosity, swap stories, and get your weekend started with good company in Tel Aviv.
This workshop is free just bring a clean Jar and a bag of veggies of your choice, you can mix and match with other guests!
We recommend getting a minimum of half kilo of veggies, but the more the merrier. The more you bring, the more you leave with. Just don’t forget to bring more jars
