​The Maker’s Lunch: Winter Edition gives you the opportunity to showcase your products exactly as you envision them being enjoyed — in a structured dining experience followed by matchmaking sessions with F&B decision-makers.

​This edition brings together influential figures from the catering industry for a shared, interactive lunch.

​Concept

​The Maker’s Lunch will feature a communal dining setup where guests can savour dishes co-created by KiCo members.

​We encourage you to collaborate with fellow members — whether in production or ingredient sourcing — to craft shared dishes that highlight your unique products and demonstrate their versatility.

​Beyond the meal itself, guests will meet and connect with you during our matchmaking session, creating real opportunities for new partnerships.

​KiCo Member Commitments

​To participate, we kindly ask you to:

• ​Submit 2–3 dish ideas for the shared dining experience to annamaria@kico.kitchen by November 9th.

• ​Dedicate 1–2 hours for menu engineering with the KiCo team (plus optional pitch training).

• ​Be available on the event day to:

  • ​Prepare and present your dish(es).

  • ​Participate in the matchmaking session with guests.
