​Training Aim: Clinical Interventions for Trust and Safety Middle Managers

This concise training equips therapists and clinicians to effectively treat Trust and Safety (T&S) middle managers navigating the "dual-exposure trap": the simultaneous pressure of strict corporate demands and indirect, continuous exposure to graphic user-generated content.

Clinicians will learn to identify the unique psychological vulnerabilities of this population, moving beyond standard occupational burnout to address secondary traumatic stress (STS), moral injury, and the profound isolation inherent in the middle-management tier

They will earn 2 TSAP points for this training.
