CRLD Quarterly #2 | The Development Triangle
CRLD is a community of practice for people running learning and development in clinical research. We meet quarterly, online. No vendors, no pitches, no product demos. Just practitioners working through the things that are actually difficult.
Our next topic: The Development Triangle: who really owns your growth, you, your manager, or L&D?
Most L&D teams sit between managers who want their people developed and individuals who expect development to be provided. Nobody quite owns it, so it falls through the gap.
How the session works
One practitioner puts a real, unresolved problem on the table. The group works through it together. Challenge first, insights second.
This is not a presentation with questions at the end. You are expected to think out loud, disagree, and bring your own version of the problem. Come ready to contribute.
90 minutes, online, small group.
24 September, 15:00 to 16:30 Brussels time (CEST)
