A graduate of the National School of Art in Havana, Cuba, Carolina Sendic enjoyed an international dance career with various companies for over twenty years.

Following a knee injury and surgery, she discovered the Pilates System during her rehabilitation. This encounter marked the beginning of a deep commitment to the method, which quickly became a true passion.
She completed her initial training in Paris before heading to Las Vegas to deepen her knowledge of classical Pilates. Over the years, she has enriched her skills with prestigious Master Trainers, both in France and abroad.

Five years ago, she created and oversees a Mentorship program exclusively for instructors, with the aim of transmitting a demanding, analytical approach faithful to the principles of classical Pilates.

All sound is curated by SPÆTIAL, a creative studio creating immersive experiences connecting sound to new forms of listening.
