Six Years Later: Virtual Covid Healing Circle

​Six years ago, the world changed in ways that many of us are still processing. Whether you lost someone, experienced long-term health effects, felt isolated, faced financial hardship, or simply carried a quiet grief that never quite had a name, those experiences were real and they still matter.

​This virtual healing circle is a space to acknowledge that, to sit with others who understand what the past six years have felt like, and to reflect on what we've carried, what we've lost, and how we've changed. It's a one-hour gathering held over Zoom, open to anyone who feels called to show up.

​Hosted by Essence Wellness Collective, the circle will offer a gentle, structured space for reflection and healing. We will start with a grounding practice, move through a time of guided journaling reflection and our session will conclude with a body scan meditation. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as you'd like. There's no pressure to tell your story, and there's no agenda beyond being present with one another.
