HER Table

Honest. Experienced. Real

A monthly, women-centered conversation series for professionals across the Commercial Real Estate industry. Each session spotlights speakers from a specific CRE discipline for raw, experience-led conversations about (non-linear) career paths and lessons learned. It’s a space built for real discussion, where curiosity is welcomed, perspectives are valued, and conversations feel more like a thoughtful exchange than a panel.

Agency Brokers Are at the Table This Month

Agency brokers sit at the center of every landlord strategy, navigating market shifts, tenant demand, and ownership expectations all at once. In this conversation, our guest speakers will share what it really takes to represent landlords in today’s San Francisco office market, from pricing and positioning assets to negotiating deals and driving long-term leasing strategy.

Expect candid insights on winning listings, managing ownership pressure, and staying competitive in a constantly evolving landscape. This is a real look at how top brokers balance deal flow, relationships, and market intelligence to keep buildings leased and performing.
