UP Collective - Phone Free Hang Out (SF)

​Escape the grind, check your cell phone at the door, and do a mini digital detox with us.

​This is for anyone who is having trouble setting aside time for themselves and needs to catch up on personal work (ie, journaling, study, art making, reading, meditation, etc), and wants a room full of body doubles while they do their work! Our focus is on being mindfully present with one another in a distraction free environment.

​AGENDA

​1:00 PM - Sign-In & Settle In! Check your phone and grab a name tag. Please be on time as it helps improve our time together.

​120 minutes - One on one time with yourself (bring your own solo activity material or choose from ours) Journal, meditate, read, knit, make art, or simply be. Have some “me time” in community.

​60 minutes - It’s time to connect! This time is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, open space. Strike up a conversation and get to know your neighbor.

​30 Minutes - Closing & Gratitude - Wrap up with a quick reflection and gratitude.
