GLC Monthly Learning Call - Futures Thinking - 14 July 2026 (West)
Just Futures: Foresight and the Fight against Human Trafficking
In July we will have Shiela Castillo, the Foresight and Engagement Director from United Edge, hosting a session for our Organisational Development learning stream, on the concept of ‘Futures Thinking’.
Shiela will help us explore Foresight as a leadership skill. It will focus on highlighting the importance for social justice leaders at the forefront of change of being better equipped to face the challenges of this vulnerable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world to steer their organisations and programs into the future.
