Bystander Intervention Training for Runners – Den Haag
Want to help create a safer running culture? Join us on March 19 at 18:30 at De Hardloopwinkel in Den Haag for our bystander intervention training.
This session is designed specifically for runners and runclub leaders and focuses on what you can do when you witness harassment or uncomfortable situations while out running or racing. Together with our training partner Fairspace, we’ll explore practical, realistic tools that you can apply immediately, on the street, on the trail, or at events.
You’ll learn:
How to recognize different forms of harassment
What safe and effective intervention can look like
How to assess situations and choose the right response
How small actions can make a big difference
The training is interactive, scenario-based, and accessible, no prior knowledge needed.
Open to everyone, and especially welcoming male allies who want to be part of the solution.
Let’s run, and stand up, together.
