During this interactive workshop, you will get to know how unconscious biases impact the way you show up and speak about success and failure. You will learn techniques to strengthen your confidence and remind yourself of what you're capable of.
#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that started at Google before it experienced international expansion. Its goals are to empower people, including underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond while challenging the social perception around self-promotion.
Our Facilitator is Lidia Zabala: Lidia is a certified #IAmRemarkable Facilitator, Ambassador for #IAmRemarkable in Switzerland, and a crew member of ship26. She's also the CEO and founder of the Portfolio Careers Hub and loves bringing people together.
