About Event
We are FLOW (For Liberating Our Wellness) in Philly. We create safe, accessible spaces for trans and queer people to move their bodies and build their mind-body connections. Our workouts are low-impact interval training—think of it as the kinder cousin of HIIT. Instead of explosive jumps or high-impact moves, we use bodyweight exercises that are joint-friendly and adaptable to all bodies and abilities
Come for the movement, stay for the community! We'll have time to rest, commune, and chit chat. Perhaps we'll grab coffee nearby.
Wear something you're ready to sweat in. If you have a mat and can bring it, let us know in your rsvp! Otherwise, you're all you need. Come to the Clark Park sign at 43rd and Baltimore, we'll be nearby!
