Join us for a heart-opening evening of connection, movement, and celebration — Into the Flow — featuring a sacred cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance journey.
We’ll begin by gathering in community for a ceremonial cacao ritual, softening into presence and opening our hearts. From there, we will lead us through an embodied movement experience — a space to move freely, release, and awaken joy through rhythm and flow.
You don’t need to “know how to dance.” This is about moving your own way, letting the music move through you, and connecting with yourself and others in a safe, uplifting space.
