One week, three cities, three continents. The summit opens on Tuesday, October 13 at IE New York College in SoHo: an invitation-only panel on how the city that prices global real estate is reading the year ahead.

The event will be moderated by Dr. Johnny Din, CEO of Cycamore Capital and Program Director of the M.S. in Real Estate Development & Investment at IE New York College, who opens the week before the Madrid and Riyadh sessions.
This session brings together leaders across development, institutional investment, capital markets, and law to set the week's macro lens on global capital flows and cross-border investment.
Manhattan investment sales rose 45% in 2025 to $22.77 billion, office leading at $11.29 billion, and office vacancy hit 19.3% in Q2 2026, its lowest since 2021. With the 467-m tax incentive, the City of Yes zoning reforms, and the floor-area ratio cap lifted, office-to-residential conversion starts climbed from 1.6 million square feet in 2023 to 4.1 million through August 2025.
Our speakers will share their firsthand experience of that reset, from converting 25 Water St. into SoMA to running Morgan Stanley's multi-strategy US business, more than $35 billion in transactions, and legislative change at every level, addressing the critical question of what New York's pricing, liquidity, and regulation signal for every other market.
The discussion will move from Manhattan's signals to a forward-looking conversation on where the real opportunities lie today and how the next generation of leaders can position themselves.
