About Event
Bring yourself, your bump and your baby to class! Shred415 is a fitness class traditionally combining treadmill drills and strength. The pre + postnatal Shred415 class will include walking treadmill drills (or running, if you prefer!) and strength + mobility on the floor that is safe & targeted for moms in every stage of motherhood. There will be childcare provided, so if you have a mini at home, feel free to bring them along! Stick around after class for some mom-only goodies, Powered by Perelel!
