​It’s lonely at the front of the room! Even though we’re surrounded by people as facilitators, there’s nothing quite like talking shop with other facilitators who get it.

​The Facilitator Give and Take session, hosted by Taylor Morrison, is your chance to connect with fellow facilitators in Generalist World and to talk about all the things our participants don’t see.

​Come prepared to share a give (a resource, exercise, framework, or tool that’s been helpful for your facilitation practice) and a take (a question, scenario, or conundrum where you’d benefit from the support of your facilitator peers).
