​From Public Service to Paris: Gena Chieco is a former lawyer and Chief of Staff turned conscious leadership coach, certified in Transitional Intelligence. She began her legal career serving both terms of the Obama Administration, before making a bold move to LA in 2017 to join a CleanTech Startup as General Counsel and Chief of Staff. Her most metamorphic leap came when she left the law behind in 2018 to embark on a sabbatical, embraced her deeper purpose as a coach, and ultimately launched her coaching business in 2019.

​Now based in France, Gena’s passion is in helping others navigate change, trust their intuition, and redefine success; her journey is a testament to the power of transformation. Gena has served as a mentor and Executive Coach for the Ask a Chief of Staff community since 2023.
