Resilience as a Competitive Advantage
About this workshop
Resilience is not about tolerating unlimited pressure or pretending that difficulty does not affect us.
It is the capacity to understand our responses, adapt deliberately, recover effectively and sustain performance through challenge and change.
This workshop helps participants examine how they currently respond under pressure and build practical strategies for more sustainable performance.
Who this workshop is for
Professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and people in high-pressure, fast-changing or client-facing roles who want to sustain strong performance without normalizing depletion.
Facilitated by EQ-i 2.0® certified professional Olabukonla Mise, drawing on experience delivering more than 100 workshops to over 2,500 participants. Limited to 24 participants to support meaningful interaction and personalized learning.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to
Recognize personal stress signals, pressure patterns and their effect on decisions and relationships.
Distinguish resilience from endurance, avoidance or chronic overextension.
Use practical reframing and emotional-regulation strategies during demanding situations.
Identify internal and external resources that support adaptation and recovery.
Create a realistic personal resilience action plan for sustainable performance.
