​Othership’s Unwind experience brings together breathwork, somatic movement, guided self-massage, sauna, optional cold exposure, aromatherapy, visualization, and reflection—creating an immersive reset for both the body and nervous system.

​Whether you have been feeling overstimulated, depleted, emotionally heavy, or simply overdue for time to yourself, this is an invitation to slow down and be cared for.

​No previous breathwork, sauna, or cold-plunge experience is needed. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own comfort level.

​Important Note: The class may include guests from outside The Nest, but our group will arrive and experience it together. Afterward, anyone who would like to keep connecting is invited to join us for an optional coffee nearby.

​Schedule

​9:00–9:15 AM: Arrive and get settled
9:30–10:45 AM: "Unwind" guided class
11:00 AM–12:00 PM: Optional coffee nearby

​What to bring

​Bring a swimsuit and anything else you need to feel comfortable before and after the class. Towels will be provided.

​A note about registration

​Spaces are extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please only reserve a place if you feel confident you can attend so we can make the most of the 10 spaces reserved for our community.

​Othership is a modern bathhouse designed to help people regulate their nervous systems, process emotions, and connect meaningfully with others through immersive sauna, breathwork, and ice-bath experiences.

​Eligibility

​This appreciation event is reserved exclusively for current Nest Founding Members and Patrons. Registrations from other membership tiers will be refunded.

​Occasional appreciation events like this are one of the special benefits offered to the members whose ongoing support helps sustain The Nest. Members interested in becoming a Patron can learn more on the membership page.

​Cancellation Policy:

​Because this experience is small and likely to have a waitlist, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer your place to another member.

• ​7 or more days before the event: Full refund

• ​3–6 days before the event: Credit toward a future Nest event

• ​Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund or credit, unless we are able to fill your place from the waitlist
