HappyRobot x OpenAI: Dinner at Il Buco

​We picked Il Buco for a reason. It opened in 1994 as an antique shop on this same stretch of Bond Street before becoming one of downtown Manhattan's most storied restaurants, a fitting backdrop for an evening built around craft, care, and good company.
