​Join us for a cozy, conscious gathering where we’ll swap clothes, deepen connection, and practice tuning into the wisdom of our bodies.

Please arrive by 11:40 am so we can drop in together. You can leave early but don't plan to arrive late.

We'll start with a short, powerful guided meditation to connect with your body’s inner wisdom—then stay to swap clothes, share laughter, and refresh your wardrobe with soulful community.

​Bring a bag of gently-loved clothes to give, and come ready to receive: new threads, new friends, and maybe a new sense of clarity. It's fine if you don't have much to give away—this is a receiving practice too!
