About Event

The “Designing the Future of Teams” session is intended for individuals, leaders and organisations that are keen to empower teams to create, experiment and adopt new practices which fit and build culture in their own organisation. 

ABOUT

Through a combination of open sharing and participatory discussion with the audience, this event will help the audience:

  • Learn about creating team rituals that will make sense tomorrow

  • Create a culture of safety, experimentation and fun through new perspectives on internal challenges and opportunities

  • Take away actionable tips to create new dynamics, tools and processes to empower teams  

Helmed by design leaders and practitioners in the field of human-centric design and design for inclusion, the program comprises the following two segments:

  1. Understanding organizational and team dynamics that jeopardize innovation

  2. Acting on insight to design effective team rituals

  3. Creating safety to help teams identify and solve challenges 

ORGANISER

Heist

Heist is a design firm driven by cultural insights. Based in Singapore, Heist work with the world’s most ambitious brands to uncover the behaviours and cultural nuances shaping user choices. Kajal, Founder of Heist, leads the business across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

STUCK

Since 2010, STUCK has shaped market-shifting innovations across strategy, industrial design, UI/UX, and social impact for bold startups and forward-thinking brands. Tze is Co-founder and Director at STUCK—a multidisciplinary studio bridging physical products, digital interaction, and human experience.

PlayPan

PlayPan is a placemaking innovator turning spaces like Peace Centre into social impact hubs through design thinking. A key voice in Singapore Design Week, PlayPan shows how play, creativity, and co-design drive inclusive urban innovation—bridging grassroots energy with MNC, government, and youth partnerships.
