​Midlife Sparkles gatherings are your place to find peer support in the messy midlife that may sometimes feel pretty confusing. Here, you'll find a structured conversation built around a single theme, something real and specific to midlife, explored together rather than lectured at. No two meetings repeat the same ground, and no one is expected to have it figured out.

​Thank you everyone who attended last time! This time we will talk about Choosing myself. Am I being selfish for wanting to choose me? Do I love my family less if I put myself first?

​What you'll come away with is connection, the kind that only happens in a room with other women who are crossing this same territory in their own way.
