During the event Eversheds Saladžius Partner Milda Jasaitienė will explore the key changes arising from the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including employees’ rights to pay information, potential risks for employers, and practical steps organizations can take now to prepare. The session will also highlight the most relevant employment law developments in this area in 2026.
