An intimate afternoon at The Lighthouse with Creators 4 Mental Health exploring the realities of mental health in the creator economy and solutions to support your well-being.

In partnership with Matt Steffanina’s Mad Chill and Movember, this curated gathering brings together creators, industry leaders, and mental health advocates for honest dialogue and practical support.

From burnout to boundaries, we’ll move beyond conversation into experience— with grounding exercises, emotional regulation tools, and meaningful connection.

-3:30pm: Doors open

-4:00pm: Sessions begin in Theater

Introduction from Shira Lazar and MadChill'sMatt Steffanina including a special announcement

-4:10pm: Mindfulness and grounding, plus an exercise with Jordana Reim

Before diving into the conversations ahead, Jordana Reim will lead a short grounding and mindfulness session designed to help attendees reconnect with themselves and arrive fully present. Through breathwork, reflection, and intention-setting, this opening moment creates space to slow down, reset, and center wellbeing before exploring the realities of life and work in the digital age.

-4:30pm: The State of Creator Mental Health

An opening conversation led by Shira Lazar and Movember exploring the current realities facing creators and teens in an always-online world. Drawing from exclusive research from Movember alongside the Creators for Mental Health study conducted with Lupiani Insights & Strategies, and informed by advisors from Harvard, UCLA, and Pew Research, this session will unpack the emotional pressures shaping digital life today.

From burnout and anxiety to loneliness, identity, performance pressure, and the impact of algorithms on self-worth, the conversation will examine what creators are really experiencing behind the scenes and where opportunities for support, resilience, and systemic change exist moving forward.

Together, this opening session sets the tone for an afternoon focused not just on awareness, but actionable conversations around wellbeing, sustainability, and the future of healthy digital culture.

-5:00pm: BREAK

- 5:05pm: Self-Trust Over Self-Pressure workshop with Isaiah Frizzelle

In an industry fueled by comparison, performance, and constant pressure to keep up, this interactive session with Isaiah Frizzelle explores what it means to reconnect with self-trust. Through guided reflection, mindset exercises, and audience participation, attendees will be invited to examine the pressures they place on themselves and walk away with practical tools for grounding, confidence, and navigating uncertainty with greater clarity and intention.
