RELEASE CLUB: The Ocean Flow
A journey through fear and confidence in the water, with Manon & Kim.
Have you ever noticed how differently you show up in the water depending on the day? Free and confident at times. Frozen, small, second-guessing yourself at others. Excited to paddle out, and quietly terrified of that very same wave. All of it is you.
Join Manon and Kim for a morning diving straight into this.
Through a mix of mindset training and embodied practices, we'll explore what actually comes up for women in the water - the fear, the freeze, the comparison, the doubt - and what it takes to move through it, together.
Expect a morning that moves between learning and feeling, where Manon brings the psychological perspective of why these challenges in the water are so common and how our mindset can help us, and Kim guides you into your body to explore these topics somatically.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of what's actually been holding you back in the water, a handful of practices you can carry with you (on land and in the water) and the feeling of not being alone in any of it. Then: we paddle out and surf, together (optional, only if you want).
Expect a blend of:
🌊 Mindset training and honest conversation
🫧 Somatic movement practices
🌬️ Breathwork and nervous-system tools
🏄♀️ A surf session, together (optional, only if you want to join)
This is not a surf lesson. All levels of experience are welcome, but you should already be comfortable surfing on your own 💜

Release Club is a creative movement community for women in and around Caparica.
Inspired by Dance Movement Therapy, creativity, play and embodiment, we'll gather throughout the summer for workshops, community events and deeper journeys of movement and self-discovery.
