🤝 Curated connection with high-performing women across Charlotte
Our community is being shaped around three core values:
Her Win Is Your Win.
We genuinely champion one another’s success and reject the idea that another woman’s growth somehow diminishes our own.Authenticity.
You shouldn’t have to perform your way into belonging here. We want to know the woman behind the title, accomplishments, and high performance.Impeccable Character.
Who you are and how you treat people matters just as much as what you’ve accomplished.
Fireside Conversation
Our inaugural fireside conversation brings together Lauren Goodell and Joanna Cooper, two accomplished women bringing distinct perspectives on leadership, high performance, growth, and navigating rapidly changing industries.
Lauren Goodell is the founder of Sell with Goodell, where she helps sales teams navigate the shift to AI without losing what makes selling human. Before launching Sell with Goodell, she founded Zinnia, an AI sales platform built after nearly a decade in enterprise sales at Microsoft and Salesforce. She has taken the stage at GeekOut Miami, Black Friday Summit, and Seed the South Capital Summit.
Joanna Cooper is a former General Manager at Daimler Truck North America, where she led a 1,700+ person operation with full P&L responsibility and delivered multimillion-dollar improvements in performance, cost, and operational efficiency. Today, she is an operator, advisor, speaker, and founder of an operating coaching and consulting practice focused on helping organizations turn grit into greatness. With more than 18 years of global experience, Joanna helps leaders bridge the gap between ambition and execution and build the systems, behaviors, and operating discipline required to perform at scale.
Moderated by Taylor Leë Andorfer, President of Executive Club Women, Founder of Harmony in the Hustle®, Executive High-Performance Coach, and Podcast Host.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to lead, sell, execute, and sustain high performance in a world that is changing faster than ever, while having an honest conversation about the women behind the accomplishments.
The Community We’re Building
So many high-performing women are accustomed to entering rooms where we’re expected to lead, achieve, produce, network, or prove ourselves. Executive Women is a space where we can still be deeply ambitious while also feeling safe enough to simply exist with one another as women.
A room where we can be honest about what it actually takes to sustain the lives, careers, and businesses we’re building, personally and professionally.
Ultimately, we believe the right room changes everything.
We’re building a room defined by substance over status, meaningful relationships, strategic access, shared standards, and women who are genuinely invested in seeing one another win.
This is more than networking. It’s about building the right room.
