​We’re offering a practice series exploring “soul-making” in the Autumn and Winter in Edinburgh in 2026. We’d love to have you join.

​The word soul-making, as far as we are aware, originates from John Keats in the 19th Century. In the domain of soul-making are:

• ​Senses of sacredness, meaningfulness, beauty.

• ​Senses of soulfulness itself; a depth of being; a “spark”; a mystery.

• ​Senses of the eternal and timelessness;

• ​Senses of unfathomability and grace.

​These senses are found in many different traditions. We've been most inspired by 'Soulmaking Dharma', which was developed by Rob Burbea and Catherine McGee and is associated with the Insight Meditation Tradition.

​The event is offered in the spirit of generosity. You're very welcome to attend, though we ask that people are experienced with contemplative practice enough to be comfortable to practice in silence for 30 minutes without guidance.

​Please note that we (Adam and Mrinank) are not formal meditation teachers; this is a peer-led space and offering.
