​As we move into Pisces season, we enter a softer, more intuitive time of the year.
Pisces invites us to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with our inner voice. It is a season of emotional healing, spiritual reflection, creativity and surrender — a moment to trust what is unfolding within rather than pushing forward.

​This two-hour women’s circle is designed as a calm, candlelit sanctuary where you can step away from the noise of daily life and return to yourself. Through grounding practices, ritual and sound, we gather to release what feels heavy, reconnect with our intuition, and open gently to new beginnings.

​What to expect
This is an intimate and intentionally curated experience combining movement, meditation, ritual and sound healing.

​During the evening you will be guided through:
– Gentle grounding and body-based practices to settle the nervous system
– Reflection and intention setting for the Pisces season ahead
– A sacred water and crystal ritual for emotional release and renewal
– Space for quiet connection and shared feminine energy
– A deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath to support higher self connection and inner clarity

​No previous experience with meditation, yoga, or spiritual practice is needed. You are invited to simply arrive as you are and receive what you need.

​Our intention
This circle has been created as a space for women to soften, reconnect, and listen inward.
Together we honour the importance of rest, reflection, intuition, and emotional wellbeing as we move into a new astrological season.

​You will leave feeling grounded, clearer, and more connected to yourself — with space to move forward gently and intentionally.

Founding Circle Rate

​This first gathering marks the beginning of a new women’s circle community and is being offered at a special founding rate.

​Future circles will be offered at standard pricing of £44–£55.

​This experience includes gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and the use of elements such as essential oils, herbs, and crystals. While all practices are offered in a supportive and mindful way, you are responsible for listening to your body and participating only in ways that feel safe and appropriate for you.

​Medical conditions, injuries & illness
If you have any current injuries, medical conditions, physical limitations, or are feeling unwell, please inform the facilitator in advance. All movement practices are optional and can be adapted, and you are encouraged to rest at any time if needed.

​Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant, please notify the facilitator prior to attending so that any practices can be safely adapted for you. You are responsible for ensuring that participation feels comfortable and appropriate for your body.

​Allergies & sensitivities
Some elements of the experience may include herbal teas, essential oils, or natural materials. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or respiratory concerns, please inform the facilitator ahead of time so appropriate adjustments can be made where possible.
