Event Description
The event's intention is to bring together people who are acquainted with the IDG framework or not and build a group interested in co-creating the next stage of the hub.
This gathering invites anyone curious about the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework- whether familiar with it or just discovering it - to come together and imagine the next chapter of the Amsterdam Community Hub.
Our intention is to connect people who care about inner and collective development and to co-create a shared vision for 2026: defining the hub’s purpose, activities, and ways of collaboration.
Together, we will explore how the IDG framework can become a living practice - something that supports our work, relationships, and communities.

Facilitator/Speaker Bio
Sofia Mourato is a conversation coach and facilitator who helps people connect through understanding and empathy. Drawing on Nonviolent Communication and systems thinking, she supports individuals and organisations in creating relationships that bring clarity, trust, and effectiveness. Sofia is an active member and coordinator of the Amsterdam IDG Community Hub, where she curates conversations that turn the IDG framework into meaningful action for personal and collective impact.
