eHeads 18: Navigating Change with Confidence
Change is the only constant in tech — and leading through it is one of the toughest, most essential skills an engineering leader can master. Whether you’re scaling fast, navigating a reorg, transitioning roles, or integrating bold new technologies, your ability to respond with clarity and lead with confidence is what defines real impact.
eHeads 18: Navigating Change with Confidence is a night of real talk, peer connection, and leadership insight — built for engineering leaders facing change head-on. We’re bringing together the minds behind some of the country’s most exciting transformations to share how they did it, what they learned, and how you can do the same.
