March Wander: New beginnings
Wonder is around us. The living breathing world is reaching out.
Yet, the habitual ways of seeing and constructing reality can keep our senses dull and our thoughts heavy.
Berlin Breath Wanders invite you on a journey of discovering wonder in the familiar and remembering your wild roots.
The wanders invite you to the practice of opening senses and expanding perception that allow us to see non-human world through a different lens. And feel how we are being seen in return.
March Theme: New Beginnings
The theme of the March wonder is new beginnings. We will be discovering the many forms of life sprouting and blooming and get curious about their teachings relevant for our lives.
Join us to walk, sense, play, and co-create through this carefully designed experience. Celebrating a sense of wonder and aliveness.

About the walks and facilitator
Hi, I’m Yulia, your host.
One day, as I had exhausted my repertoire of wellness and mental health practices (and believe me, it is quite rich), and no light could penetrate my inner darkness, I was offered a lifeline: a sense of being nature. Being held, loved, and accepted just as I am—by the trees, the flowers, the sky and the moon, the birds.
That day opened up a universe that had been under my nose all along, yet never fully penetrating my skin. As it did, it felt as if a void had been filled. A source of energy, meaning, and inspiration sprang up.
A year later, I founded Nature Flow Lab, where I design and facilitate nature-centered formats for teams, organizations, and public groups supporting connection, creative thinking, decision-making in complex or high-demand environments.
My background is a mix of corporate life in Silicon Valley, environmental activism with Greenpeace, founder experience, and training in facilitation, coaching, and wilderness guiding. Nature Flow Lab brings these threads together as an expression of how I understand change: experiential, relational, and rooted in direct contact with the living world rather than abstract ideas alone.
