Sunset Yoga 🧘🏻♀️ 🌅
🌟 Be part of the next Sunset O’Clock community event
Join us for a Sunset Yoga Session at Treasure Island cohosted by Sunset O’Clock and Vasileia Spyrou 🌅🧘♂️
Take a break from the rush of the week and join us for a relaxing sunset yoga session with one of the most beautiful views in the Bay Area.
We'll gather on Treasure Island before sunset to move, stretch, breathe, and unwind together as the sun sets behind the San Francisco skyline. Expect a peaceful atmosphere, gentle movement, beautiful views, and a welcoming community.
After yoga, we’ll make our way to Panorama Park, one of the best spots to enjoy the views and sunset 🌅
No yoga experience is required — beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcome. Come as you are and enjoy an hour of mindful movement surrounded by incredible scenery.
And if Treasure Island sounds far or intimidating, trust us, it's much closer than most people think! 😊
It's literally right next to San Francisco:
🚌 About a 15-minute bus ride from the Salesforce Transit Center
🚗 About a 15-minute drive from downtown SF
🚕 Easy Uber/Lyft access
🅿️ Plenty of free parking available
The location offers stunning panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline, the Bay Bridge, and even the Golden Gate Bridge on a clear evening. It's one of the most underrated sunset spots in the Bay Area.
Bring:
A yoga mat or towel
Layers (it can get breezy around sunset)
Water
Anything else you'd like to stay comfortable
✨ This is part of the Sunset O’Clock event series, where each gathering explores a new sunset spot around the city, paired with a simple, fun experience. ✨
