About Event

A free live conversation for professional women who sense something has shifted, and are ready to understand what's actually happening.

About this event:

Something has changed. Not dramatically, not all at once, but enough that you notice it.

Your focus isn't what it was. Your energy is harder to predict. Some weeks feel manageable, others feel like you're thinking through fog. You're working just as hard, maybe harder, and yet the results don't always reflect that. And underneath it all, there's a quiet question you haven't quite said out loud: is this just me?

It isn't. And it isn't weakness, inconsistency, or burnout in the way you've been taught to think about it.

What's happening has a name, a biological explanation, and a framework that can help you work with it rather than against it.

This masterclass won't tell you to hustle differently or optimise harder. It will help you understand what perimenopause is doing to your brain, your nervous system, and your capacity, so you can make clearer, kinder, more sustainable decisions about how you work and lead.

In this session, we'll explore:

  • Why rest stops feeling restorative during perimenopause, and what your nervous system actually needs

  • How shifts in estrogen and progesterone shape your focus, memory, mood, and decision-making, and why that's not in your head

  • Why productivity systems built for male biology keep failing you, and what a different structure might look like

  • How your nervous system survival states show up at work, fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and what body-based regulation actually looks like in practice

  • What sustainable performance looks like in this chapter, and what you might be ready to stop doing

This might resonate if:

  • You're in perimenopause, or suspect you might be, and it's quietly affecting your work

  • You lead a team or run your own business and are noticing shifts in your capacity and confidence

  • You're tired of advice that doesn't account for your biology

  • You want to understand the root of what's happening, not just manage the symptoms

  • You're ready to work with your body, not around it

Your hosts:

Ale Wiecek Rojo is the founder of BIFTSBO™ and author of Breath In F**k This S**t Breath Out. When perimenopause arrived at 38, she found herself navigating exhaustion, brain fog, mood shifts, and emotional overwhelm that nothing in two decades of leadership and innovation had prepared her for. What she built from that experience, drawing on somatic psychology, polyvagal theory, breathwork, and behavioural science, became the S.Y.N.C. Framework, a practical, grounded system for professional women ready to stop fighting their biology.

This session is hosted in collaboration with Myoni, an Australian social enterprise led by Matilda Marsh and Sarah Ripper, specialising in menstrual health education, cycle awareness, and cultural change. Together, Ale and the Myoni team are working to make hormonal literacy practical, accessible, and workplace-ready, so no woman has to navigate this journey in silence.

What comes next:

At the end of the session, Ale will share details of Navigating Perimenopause as a Professional Woman, the full 7-week programme for those who want to go deeper. There is no obligation. Take what's useful and leave the rest.

Space is limited to keep this session conversational. Register to secure your place.
