Layers of crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones move through the space, offering a steady current of sound that supports relaxation, steadies the mind, and invites you into a meditative state.
This practice is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and be held in a state of restoration. Over time, gentle yoga paired with sound healing may support reduced anxiety, deeper sleep, emotional balance + an overall sense of peace and renewal.
