Drop your bag, depart 7:10. Easy 30 minutes along McCovey Cove and the Mission Bay waterfront — sunrise over the water if Karl the Fog sleeps in, cozy grey glow if he doesn't. All paces welcome, walkers too, zero performance culture.
Back by 7:45 — shower, change, then coffee and croissants on Larkspire at Blue Bottle next door until 8:30. Seated for the 9:00 welcome with time to spare, fresher than everyone who slept in.
