The essence of authenticity is simple: to live free, to live a life that is ours, aligned with who we truly are. It may sound like utopia, but it is a deep human need.
However, the path back to authenticity is long and often uncomfortable - because authenticity is not something we learn, but something we return to by detaching ourselves from everything we are not.
From the personalities and learned traits that once protected us, but have now become limiting.
From identities and roles we play, and from all the versions of ourselves that we perform for others.
From the unreleased past we carry with us every day - relationships that ended, people who are no longer in our lives, the stories we keep telling ourselves.
And sometimes this process feels like losing ourselves. But in truth, we are only letting go of what we never were.
Only in that space can we discover who we truly are.
That is why, in this webinar, we will begin with the first step: awareness - understanding how we became who we believe we are today, and how to begin letting it go.
