A former CFPB policy expert and Dodd-Frank implementation team member at the White House, he's spent his career at the intersection of financial systems and the people they're supposed to serve. Summer has now generated over $2 billion in savings for borrowers across 1,000+ employer partners nationwide.

​Joseph Schneier, Co-Founder & CEO, Circle Engage

​Joseph spent his career translating behavioral science into technology that changes how people engage with their health. He's built and exited two companies doing exactly that: Cognotion and Bellage. Now with Circle Engage, he's applying that same instinct at scale — an AI-powered platform that unifies health plans, brokers, and benefit providers to expand healthcare access for millions of Medicaid and Medicare-eligible Americans.
