✔️ Please have a copy of your most recent resume on hand as you will be sharing it with a peer.
✔️ During the session, keep in mind to share what kind of Chief of Staff roles you want to apply for so that your Peer Review Partner will know how to best interpret your resume. Consider:
- Industry (i.e. healthcare, fintech, etc.)
- Funding environment (i.e. venture-backed, private equity-backed, bootstrapped, etc.)
- Company size (i.e. mid-market, enterprise, etc.)
